To me the outrage showed how far away from our divine roots….love and forgiveness…we have strayed. People still feel that God is a vengeful God. Evidently Christ’s suffering was in vain for those that consider themselves Christians. Was I one of those who felt that way before….many years ago…yes. Do I feel that way today….no….now I know God’s mercy and forgiveness not only for myself…but also to be extended to others.

To me this is a wake up call for humanity to learn to be forgiving and non-judgemental, also that the justice system makes mistakes and there is room for new improvements and innovations in that arena. To some extent she may live the remainder of her life in a prison of her reputation. (I’m trying not to judge though.)
You article puts a new spin on why things played out the way they did and reminds me that it is not in my authority to judge anyone.

I agree with your words , but i also believe that this sweat lodge was not built properly ,nor were the people knowagable enough to offer this service , Although tragic , when we are called to the other side it is meant to be.. and some where chosen to go ~ Love and light ~ Amen
